Powering your AP17
To power the AP17 access point, connect a Cat5e or higher outdoor Ethernet cable from the AP17's Ethernet port to a PoE port on an 802.3af-compliant PoE injector. (Power over Ethernet (PoE) is a standard that defines how to transport power and data over an Ethernet cable.)
